Tennessee Excavator Repair: Prepare a Clear Repair Request
Get the machine and issue details together before you contact Mudline Match. This guide explains what the repair request form asks for; it is not a repair or diagnostic manual.
01 / Prepare your request
Start with details you can observe
Use this checklist to gather the information already requested on the form. Describe what you see rather than guessing at a mechanical cause.
- 01
Pin down the machine location
Have the city or town, county, and ZIP code ready.
- 02
Identify the excavator
Note its make and model. Add the hour-meter reading if you know it.
- 03
Describe what you observe
Write down the symptoms in your own words and say whether the machine is currently down.
- 04
Choose a request urgency
Select routine, soon, or urgent to describe your request.
- 05
Add photos if they help explain the request
Photos are optional; the form accepts up to five JPG, PNG, or WebP images.
02 / What the form asks
